1. Who we are

This website, regangossage.store, is operated by Regan Gossage Commerce LLC, 1539 S WALNUT ST APT 1, ANAHEIM, CA 92802, United States (“Regan Gossage”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@regangossage.store. We are an independent retailer; no affiliation with Canoe is implied.

2. Use of the website

Use this website for lawful personal shopping and information. You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase or use the site with a parent or guardian. Do not interfere with the website, misuse another person’s information, submit fraudulent orders or attempt unauthorized access.

3. Products and information

Product names, images and specifications describe the selected item or variant. Screen settings may affect perceived colors. Contact us before ordering if dimensions, materials, compatibility or care details are important to your purchase. Manufacturer names and marks remain the property of their owners.

4. Orders and acceptance

Review your items, delivery address and total before submitting an order. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt, not unconditional acceptance. We may contact you about address issues, a material pricing error or availability before dispatch. We will not substitute items or increase a confirmed price without your consent. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will explain and promptly refund any related payment.

5. Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes, when configured, appear before payment. Standard US shipping is free. Actual card payment is offered only after a payment provider has been activated; available methods are those shown at checkout. Card-brand artwork alone does not indicate that a method is active. We never request full card numbers or passwords by email.

6. Shipping, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these terms. Standard processing is 1–3 business days, followed by estimated transit of 3–7 business days. Eligible unused goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For delays, we will offer a revised shipping date or cancellation of unshipped items with a refund. These policies do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

7. Accounts and communications

You are responsible for accurate contact information and keeping any account login private. Contact support promptly if you suspect misuse. We send transactional emails related to orders and support. Optional marketing requires a separate choice and is not a condition of purchase.

8. Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Hosting, email, delivery and payment services may have their own notices. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content.

9. Liability and consumer protections

We use reasonable care to maintain the website and correct errors. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including rights relating to defective goods, fraud or injury. No blanket disclaimer overrides mandatory consumer protection.

10. Disputes and changes

Please contact support first so we can work to resolve a concern. California law applies to the extent permitted, without depriving you of mandatory protections or court rights where you live. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date; the terms in effect at your purchase govern that order unless law requires otherwise.
